    Are you feeling stuck in bad habits and alone? Are your dreams passing you by? Are you ready for positive change? If so, join us in community and mutual support aimed at changing for the better! We'll draw from the bestselling book "Atomic Habits" and other great sources to understand the best practices to help us. And, we'll practice real lasting change in a safe and supportive space. The time for change is now and we look forward to having you join us! (One hour classes on the repeating 2nd and 4th Tuesdays at 6pm)

    Description

    This is a non-fiction book club dedicated to understanding and skillfully working with our three streams of consciousness. Namely, our senses, emotions, and thoughts. Our ultimate goals are to increase well-being and develop better connections with ourselves and others. We take a slower pace as we're aiming at personal learning, practice, and transformation. Often there is a workbook accompanied by a textbook. This in-person book club is held at The Lore, in Norman, Oklahoma. See our monthly dates and book titles in this image.
